MOSFETs: Fairchild offers you the broadest MOSFET portfolio in the industry. Fairchild proprietary technologies such as the SupreMOS®, SuperFET, UniFET™, FRFET® MOSFETs and PowerTrench® MOSFETs enable power conversion system to achieve low cost  high efficiency by offering lower conduction and switching loss.
IGBTs: Optimized for Solar Inverter, UPS, Welder and SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) application, Fairchild broad IGBTs offer low VSAT and EOFF,  enable the system to achieve high efficiency with less EMI and better control.
High Voltage Gate Drivers (HVICs): Fairchild's HVICs improve system reliability by using an innovative noise canceling circuit that provides excellent noise immunity.
Low-Side Gate Drivers: 1A to 9A High-Speed Drivers with flexible options to fit every design
Optoelectronics: Proven reliable isolation and soft turn-off under short circuit and overload conditions
Flyback & Forward PWM Controllers with Integrated MOSFET: Our mWattSaver fly back controllers Provides auxiliary bias power with industry-lowest standby power consumption
Bypass & Blocking Diodes: Low leakage current and low forward voltage to minimize power loss in the system at high temperatures as well as to withstand power surges
