Training and Development

The Global Training and Development (GTD) is a company-wide resource for continuing education, technical training and professional development. As a Fairchild employee, you'll find an abundance of resources and assessment tools that allow you to customize your professional development and align your learning with the company’s goals and objectives. A few examples include technical seminars and forums, professional, management and leadership development courses, and our Project Management certification program—and in many cases, you have the option of live classroom or web-based learning.
