- meeting or exceeding the requirements defined by applicable EHS laws and regulations, as well as other EHS requirements defined by customers, Company standards and procedures;
- actively pursuing energy conservation and pollution prevention measures that mitigate global warming, support sustainability, conserve natural resources and otherwise reduce negative environmental impacts;
- setting objectives and targets that focus on environmental considerations and the health and safety of employees in business planning, product design, and manufacturing;
- providing appropriate engineering controls, administrative controls and safeguards for our operations;
- educating and training employees in safe work practices and environmental protection measures;
- clearly defining employee responsibility for adhering to EHS standards of performance;

- seeking suppliers, vendors and service providers who demonstrate EHS responsibility;
- communicating, and requiring adherence to, this policy for contractors and other service providers who work under our direction;

- providing information and programs to help employees lead a safe, healthful, and environmentally sustainable life.
