Make a scrap paper pad.
Print/copy documents with double-siding whenever possible.
Switch off lights in unoccupied rooms.
Use natural light, move desks closer to windows.
Reduce light levels in unused areas (e.g. corridors/store rooms)
Service heating systems regularly.
Use blinds to shade windows in offices.
Only make necessary copies.
Use mugs/cups instead of disposable plastic cups.
Use recycled post-it notes.
Use rechargeable batteries.
Carpool or use alternative forms of transportation (biking, public transportation)
Clear space. Make sure nothing is obstructing heating and air conditioning equipment.
Clean and replace air filters regularly.
Defrost the fridge/freezer at least twice a year to keep it running efficiently.
Turn off your computer and monitor or activate “sleep” mode.
Turn the monitor off if you aren't going to use your PC for more than 20 minutes.
Turn both the CPU and monitor off if you're not going to use your PC for more than 2 hours.
