By accepting a simulation model ("Model") from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation ("Fairchild"), you (or your company) agree to the following conditions of its use:
- the Model, or any portion thereof, is for your own use and may not be distributed outside your organization;
- Fairchild disclaims any warranty either express or implied on the Model and Fairchild may not be held liable in any manner for any damages arising from the use of the Model
- the Model, or any portion thereof, may not be used in any manner which is adverse to Fairchild. Any information provided to Fairchild in registering for the Model will be treated in a confidential manner.
