First Quarter 2011 Financial Results

SAN JOSE, Calif. – April 1, 2011 – Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance power and mobile products will hold its first quarter 2011 financial results conference call on Thursday, April 14 at 9:00am ET. The company will release its first quarter 2011 results that day before the market opens.
