Fairchild Semiconductor Announces Conference Call for
Third Quarter 2011 Financial Results

SAN JOSE, Calif. – September 28, 2011 – Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance power and mobile products, will hold its third quarter 2011 financial results conference call on Thursday, October 13, at 9:00 a.m. ET. The company will release its third quarter 2011 results that day before the market opens.
