Fairchild Semiconductor now offers the next generation of MicroPak™ packages, the MicroPak2™. MicroPak™, a small MLP, is used for many space constrained, mobile applications. MicroPak2™ packaging utilizes the same technology as its predecessor, but features 31% space savings. Fairchild offers MicroPak2 packaging in an expanding line of products including TinyLogic™ gates and translators from our logic line and high performance analog switches. MicroPak2™ products are green, lead-free and RoHS compliant.
