&K KK Lot  Run Traceability Code

  • A two digit alpha/ numeric/ alpha numeric code which will be represented as “KK” for Human Readable and “&K” as auto-encode in Fairchild's order management system. It is automatically assigned to each lot by the Workstream system or equivalent system.

  • The location of lot run code will be immediately after the numeric date code of the top mark

  • The agreed handling for Unit Lot Code will only cater for Date Code Type S1 or S2. WorkStream will reject &K for date code type S6 or S8.

  • Unused alpha for both digit lot run code are G, I, O, Q, M and W. For a given Fairchild part  for each date code, a maximum number of 900 lots can be generated.

  • When marking info does not have &K or &T, the following trace code assignment logic will apply.
    • When date code type is "S1" or "S2" - Lot Code will be assigned as Trace Code.
    • When date code type is "S6" or "S8" - Die Run Code will be assigned as Trace Code.
