General Description
The FSA839 is a high-performance Single-Pole / Double-Throw (SPDT) analog switch for audio applications driven by low voltage (1.8V)
baseband processors or ASICs. The device features ultra-low RON of 0.8W (maximum) at
4.5V VCC and operates over the wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device is fabricated with sub-micron
CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds and is designed for
break-before-make operation.
The FSA839 interfaces between the low-voltage ASIC and regular audio amplifiers and CODECs operating up to a 5.5V supply range.
The control circuitry allows for 1.8V (typical) signals on the control pin (Sel).
