General Description
|
The H11GXM series are photodarlington-type optically coupled
optocouplers. These devices have a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode
coupled with a silicon darlington connected phototransistor which has an
integral base-emitter resistor to optimize elevated temperature characteristics.
