5 New Ultra Low Power Functions provide 1.9 ns Propagation Delay at 1.8 Volts, plus Power Savings
Fairchild's Ultra Low Power (ULP and ULP-A) TinyLogic has five new 1-3 bit functions in the US8 package. Operating at voltages between 3.3 V and 0.9V, the devices have propagation delays as short as 2.0 ns, with 30-50% of the power consumption of existing high performance logic. The new functions are the NC7SP74, a D-flip flop, the NC7SP00 dual NAND gate, NC7WP08 dual AND gate, NC7NP14 3-bit inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs, and the NC7WV125 dual buffer with 3-state.
