Definitions
- CTR (current transfer ratio): Ratio of the collector to the
diode forward current IC/IF.
- IF: Current flowing through a diode from anode
to cathode.
- BVCEO: Collector to emitter breakdown voltage
with the collector open.
- BVCBO: Collector to base breakdown voltage with
the emitter open.
- BVECO: Emitter to collector breakdown voltage
with the base open.
- VCE(sat): Collector to emitter saturation
voltage.
- tON/tOFF:Turn-on switching time;
turn-off switching time.
- VISO: Isolation voltage rating in ACRMS
(1 second rating).
- Agency Approvals: Safety agency approvals that correspond
to the part number.
- IFT: Diode forward current (IF)
required to cause the output to change states.
- VOL: Logic low output voltage.
- VCC: Operating supply voltage.
- CMH;CML: Common mode transient
immunity at logic high level output; common mode transient immunity at logic low level
output.
- IOH: Logic high output current.
- tPLH/tPHL: Propagation delay time to
logic high output; propagation delay time to logic low output.
- ICCL: Current drawn from the supply at logic low
output.
- VTM: On-state voltage.
- VDM: Blocking voltage.
- IDM: Off-state current.
- IH: Holding current.
- RDS(ON)/RDS(OFF): On-state output
resistance; off-state output resistance.
- VBR: Breakdown voltage.
- IFT(OFF)/IFT(ON):
Hysteresis ratio.
- VINH: Inhibit voltage.
