General Description
The black 6-pin and white 6-pin packages are very similar in construction
type and package outline. In most cases, the black and white equivalent
devices are interchangeable. Although equivalent part numbers meet
the same min/max specifications, some applications may be sensitive to
slight performance variations between devices. Samples should be
evaluated to ensure the replacement device performs in the application.
(Please note: the 6-pin white packages are former Motorola packages.)
The following table outlines the comparison
data between the black and white 6-pin packages.
