Overview

Fairchild's multimedia switches are ideal in applications sharing a USB port with audio and video applications. The switches are designed to be compliant with USB2.0 Full Speed (FS) and Hi-Speed (HS) with bandwidths in excess of 720MHz. The audio portion of the switch can easily handle negative swing signals up to -2V while maintaining full signal integrity.

Packaging

Package options include the Chip-Scale sized MicropakTM, MLP, MSOP,uBGA and TSSOP packaging. In addition to smaller scale packaging, these products are designed to minimize power consumption with most products drawing less than 1uA of current. All of these switches are bi-directional to maximize design flexibility.
