| &K | KK | Lot Run Traceability Code |
A two digit alpha/ numeric/ alpha numeric code which will be represented as “KK” for Human Readable and “&K” as auto-encode in Fairchild's order management system. It is automatically assigned to each lot by the Workstream system or equivalent system.
The location of lot run code will be immediately after the numeric date code of the top mark
The agreed handling for Unit Lot Code will only cater for Date Code Type S1 or S2. WorkStream will reject &K for date code type S6 or S8.
Unused alpha for both digit lot run code are G, I, O, Q, M and W. For a given Fairchild part for each date code, a maximum number of 900 lots can be generated.
- When marking info does not have &K or &T, the following trace code assignment logic will apply.
- When date code type is "S1" or "S2" - Lot Code will be assigned as Trace Code.
- When date code type is "S6" or "S8" - Die Run Code will be assigned as Trace Code.
