LED driver with 93% peak efficiency and tight current matching in Ultra-Portable applications
Featuring three-mode charge pump and high peak efficiency, the internal circuitry of the FAN5607 not only saves space and simplifies design features, it also extends battery life and increases reliability with built-in over voltage protection, shutdown mode, soft-start and short-circuit protection in ultra-portable applications. Offering one of the smallest packages available, a 4x4 MLP, it is also an environmentally beneficial product that comes in lead free.
