FAN8741

DMOS 7-Channel Motor Drive IC

This 7-channel motor driver based on DMOS transistor technology significantly reduces heat generation with its extremely low output on-resistance (spindle 0.8 ohms @ 0.5A, sled 2.0 ohms @ 0.25A).
